Effective date: 10 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and purchase or use of Mail Suite products and services through mymailsuite.net. By placing an order, creating an account or using a Mail Suite product, you agree to these terms.
Mail Suite provides Gmail-based email marketing and productivity tools, including email tracking, campaigns, mail merge, templates, engagement analytics, document tracking, electronic-signature workflows and reporting. Mail Suite operates from Pakistan. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. The features, usage allowances and access period shown on the product page form part of your order. Payment must be completed through an available checkout method before access is provided. Any applicable taxes or gateway charges will be shown where required.
Mail Suite products are digital and virtual. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the purchased service for the stated user count and access period. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, bypass limits or provide unauthorised third-party access.
You must use Mail Suite lawfully and responsibly. You may not send spam, deceptive or unlawful messages; impersonate another person; distribute malware; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harvest data without authority; or interfere with the platform, Gmail, Google services or other systems. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission to contact recipients and for the content you send.
Some functionality may depend on Gmail, Google or other third-party services. Their separate terms, policies, availability and technical limits apply. Mail Suite is not responsible for a third party’s suspension, outage or changes, although we will take reasonable steps to support affected customers where possible.
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while seeking to preserve the essential value of active paid access.
Mail Suite, its software, website content, branding, templates and documentation are owned by or licensed to Mail Suite and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer to you.
You retain responsibility for information and materials you submit or process. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, material breach, unlawful activity or misuse. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time; eligibility for a refund is governed by the Refund and Return Policy.
Mail Suite is a productivity service and does not guarantee campaign delivery, opens, replies, sales or other commercial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail Suite will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
You agree to be responsible for claims, costs or losses arising from your unlawful content, unauthorised recipient data, misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute process that applies.
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The revised effective date will appear at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
